Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted at 60 days for a full refund and 30 days for 50% refund. No refund after 30 days from arrival.

Located in the heart of The Historic District. Newly remodeled apartment has a full kitchen with cookware, and a quaint queen bedroom. It is within walking distance of everything – day cruises, waterfront shopping, restaurants, historic sites, you will not need a car. Responsible party must be age 50 or older. The owners live on the adjacent property and are available should you need anything.
