Cancellations are permitted at 60 days for a full refund and 30 days for 50% refund. No refund after 30 days from arrival.
The Mulberry Street Cottage has a beautiful open living room with a new flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, and full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and connects to the second full bathroom. Large, updated kitchen with stainless farmhouse sink, quartz countertops and bar. Spend time in the sunroom, outside on the large back deck, or on the front porch on the rocking chairs.
